POLICIES:
In order to assist you in fully enjoying your spa experience and reaching your goals, we would appreciate if you could bring your attention to the following:
- Check in time is 2pm
- Check out time is 11:30am
- Pool hours are 10am-8pm
- The Main Building closes at 10 PM
- Your reservation deposit will be returned only if cancellation is made 72 hours prior to confirmed arrival date or your deposit may be used for a furture stay.
- If you cancel your reservation for any reason (including emergencies) less than 72 hours before arrival, you will lose your deposit. There are no refunds for shortened days.
- Booking & Cancellation Policies For Services:
- We require a 6-hour cancellation notice for all services scheduled
- All services MUST be cancelled at the front desk
- Please show up 5 minutes before your treatment is scheduled
- If you are late, your service will be shorter
- Please shower before session and try not to enter with perspiration from a previous workout
- We guarantee that you will receive a Swedish Massage as part of your package
- We do not guarantee the time of your choice or the therapist of your choice for your massages
- Complimentary massages are NOT substitutable for any other spa services
- There are no refunds for massages not used and they are not transferable to another person
- Late check-outs(after 11:30) will be charged $50.00
- Special rates and packages cannot becombined
- No credit refunds for shortened stays
- Lofts are for parties of 3 or more persons
- MEAL TIME
- Breakfast 8:15-9:15am
- Lunch 1pm-2pm
- Dinner 6pm-7pm
- Meals cannot be delivered to rooms
- Meals cannot be shared as they are calorically counted per individual
- Meals will not be held past designated meal times
- Please direct any issues or problems to the Management
- Smoking is ONLY allowed in designated areas
- Guests staying longer than 7 days may arrange with Front Desk to have access to laundry
