Directions

From Southern Locations (New York City)

- New York State Thruway (87) north to
exit 20 (Saugerties).
- Make left after toll then first right onto Rt. 32N, continue approx. 5 miles & bear left onto 32A at blinking light.
- Go 2 miles & make left onto 23A.
- After 9 miles look for Junction 214 - turn left onto 214
- Vatra Mountain Valley Health Resort will be one mile on your right side.

From Northern Locations (Albany)

- NYS Thruway (87) south to exit 21 (Catskill).
- Make left after toll, go through town of Catskill.
- Turn off onto Rt. 9W & continue to Rt. 23A W
at end of town.
- Follow 23A W at the end of town.
- Follow 23A until junction with 214 (19 mi.)
Turn left onto 214
- Vatra Mountain Valley Health Resort will be one mile on your right side.
